At Mental State, we sell digital products that are delivered electronically and available for immediate download after purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the file has been delivered or accessed.
No Returns
Digital products cannot be physically returned. For this reason, we do not accept returns on any downloadable items purchased from Mental State.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for digital products after download or delivery has been completed, since customers receive immediate access to the file. Please review product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, such as:

Download and Access
After payment, your download link will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly and check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the message within a few minutes.
